Both our Sales- and Purchase Agreements are based on term- or spot terms; C.F.R. for sales-, and F.O.B. for purchase contracts. We generally pay and anticipate payment by Documentary, confirmed and irrevocable Letter of Credit or by Electronic Documentary Payment or bank account access; we usually accept deferred payment up 60 or more days (sales).

HANSE is uniquely positioned to handle all aspects of Counter- or Barter Trade. We accept to receive your product by return-vessel preferably against HANSE supply of fuel oil or gasoline (vessel-to-vessel, offshore or onshore). Ratio: approx. 80/100). We are used to pay a premium on top of your OSP for the crude as per mutual agreement.

Refiners and selected traders are continuesly invited to submit proposals for a processing agreement (thoughput) that will see HANSE OIL supply 0.3-0.5 million barrels of Nigerian crude per month in exchange for similar volumes of oil products, trading sources with knowledge of the tender said.
